My Cards is accessible via our online banking platform and the MidSouth Bank mobile app, which puts more control, convenience, and safety in your hands.

Here’s what you need to know to get started:

  • Previous CardValet® users will need to download the latest version of the MidSouth Bank mobile banking app.
    • We will load your debit cards to the app.
    • We will load any card controls you have enabled in CardValet.
    • If you have your card turned off in CardValet, it will remain turned off.
    • Scheduled or recurring payments will continue even if the card is turned off.
    • You will need to set up your preferred debit card alerts and push notifications.
    • Click My Cards to get started.
  • For online and mobile banking users not previously enrolled in CardValet:
    • You will need to log into your account and/or download the latest version of the MidSouth Bank mobile banking app.
    • Click My Cards to get started.
    • We will load your debit card(s).
    • You will need to set up any card controls, debit card alerts, and push notifications of your choosing.
